Semi-Flexible Rates:

To secure your booking, we require a full payment 21 days prior to your arrival. However, if you need to cancel your booking for any reason, you can do so without incurring any charges up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.

In the event that you need to cancel your booking within 14 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full reservation price will apply.

Fully Flexible Rates:

In the event that you need to cancel your booking within 7 days of your check-in date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full reservation price will apply.
